Prices and timescales are always set out in the quote. What the website says is only a guide.

The website doesn't store anything. The form only prepares a message and opens it in your WhatsApp: you decide whether to send it.

If you write to us or call us, we use your name, phone number, town and any photos you send to give you a quote and do the job. We don't pass them on to anyone or send you advertising.

We keep them for as long as the job lasts and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires for invoices.

WhatsApp is a Meta service, which handles messages under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Write to us on WhatsApp or at info.greenkong@gmail.com, or give us a call.

If you think we're not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

This website doesn't use cookies.

We count visits with Umami, on our own server in Europe: no cookies, no storing your IP and no knowing who you are. We only see numbers, like how many people visit and which pages they look at.

If the website breaks in your browser, the error is sent to us (with GlitchTip, also on our own server) so we can fix it, without any of your details.
